Customer service needs some fine tuning at this place. I had no idea Dr prescribed 2 sets of glasses for me she didn’t tell me and neither did the woman who fit me for my new glasses. I got my very expensive glasses and I couldn’t even see out of them. Took them back and that’s when I found out I was suppose to have two sets of glasses. I didn’t come here with two sets why do I have them now. I used my insurance so now I can’t even go anywhere else
Rude front desk lady/ receptionist. Every time I asked a question she said “What now” and wasn’t professional.
