Rude front desk lady/ receptionist. Every time I asked a question she said “What now” and wasn’t professional.

Doctor is great but super unprofessional front desk staff.
My original appointment was canceled/rescheduled due to the doctor not being available. I was rescheduled two weeks later and by that time by original prescription expired. I had an event and travels planned in which my original appointment left enough time to accomplish. I had to drive to the VA Hospital to get a new appointment/prescription to be able to make a new appointment. Terrible customer service, inattentive and disorganized with attitude. Setup appointment drove half and hour got there, wanted to switch the appointment from me to my wife. Gave me bs about how long it would take for them to pull demographics for my wife ? Really? Not courteous or pleasant to interact.
