Ana is very nice, explains everything very clearly. My entire family comes here. Love it
The front desk ladies were lovely and welcoming. The tech Jaleen was so fast and clearly very good at her job. She explained everything so well. The doctor was down to earth and explained her recommendations clearly, making me feel comfortable. Anna helped me pick out the right glasses for me and commented on how they matched my personality -personalizing the experience. I will be coming back for my next appointment and would highly recommend the whole team.
I had an unexpected issue which I never had before. I was nervous about my sight being at risk. It was a Saturday on a holiday weekend and they got me in to be seen. Although visiting from out of town, I was treated with care like I was a valued patient. The doctor and staff were all patient when answering my questions and caring. If I lived in the area, I would keep that office as my eye doctor.
Had to switch eye doctors and my husband has been going to MyEyeDoctor in Hamden for a few years and this location is a lot closer to us. The staff in Shelton are amazing and a soon as you walk into the office, the energy and atmosphere is amazing!
Service and the understanding of my professional needs as an imaging specialist. Dr Jennifer Waugh is the best practitioner of her art and science I have ever worked with. Thank you!
