My nose pad fell off my glasses that I purchased at this location. I brought them in to get repaired and was in and out in under 10 minutes and they did it for free. Was a delightful experience and my family and I will continue going here for years to come.
I’ve been coming to this MyEyeDr. for many years now, however, I recently had to squeeze in an appointment that was not for an eye exam, and the staff members and doctors were extremely accommodating! The kindness and professionalism that they exhibited was fantastic and I always recommend using this facility!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This office sent me into a year long legal battle. I was seen in their office on July 12, 2024. Katie in the billing department made an error with the billing, and it turns out I owed $40 more on my bill. Not a problem, I paid the bill on December 31st 2024. Despite the fact that I paid this balance, they sent me to a COLLECTIONS AGENCY. This was my first time coming here as where I usually went has been booked up and there were a change of doctors and the next appointment wouldn't be for 7 months and since I live close by I found them on line, made an appointment, was seen, picked out my glasses and was told I'll have them within 2 weeks and today I just picked them up and they made sure the fit was right and I was able to see with them as I got progressives and it was all well. I will be going back again.
