I had the best experience with Tony. He has great product knowledge and he is friendly and kindly and patient. He pays attention to detail. 10/10. I highly recommend this place for your eye exam and glasses. He’s a Great example of good customer service

I saw Dr Cosenza years ago at a different office, and happily travelled over to Fairfield a couple years ago for him after a bad experience with someone closer to me. I’d love to recommend him to anyone that is picky with their eyesight, he’s always been super helpful :) The staff at Fairfield are amazing, from the receptionists bringing a great energy to the atmosphere, the technician that has an amazing sense of humor, and Tony being super helpful with any questions on anything frames and lenses
Tony at MyEyeDr. consistently provides exceptional customer service. He has an amazing presence, genuine kindness, and is simply a charming guy to work with. He makes every visit feel welcoming and enjoyable, and it is people like Tony who are the reason I continue going to MyEyeDr. in Fairfield. Brittney at the front always greets me with a smile and positive vibe. Makes me feel great to be there. Everyone I have interacted from front desk, customers service, sales, techs and eye doctors have all been amazing and so kind.
