I have been a client for (10) years. The analyses are always accurate, the staff is courteous and professional. My favorite person is Amy. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and clinically perfect! She has both improved my vision, and increased the longevity of my eyes by recommending ways to protect, and care for myself. Thank you, Amy for everything you have done for me and my children! .
I’ve gone to multiple my eye doctor locations and the receptionist was so rude it was wild I’ve never had such bad customer service. I lost a screw from my glasses and just needed a new screw. This has happened to me before and I just pop in and they fix it . Easy process just not at this location. Lady wouldn’t even entertain the idea that they provide this service. Just shut me down and told me to go check another location. I just walked away. I will never go to the Fairfield location again.
Staff is rude now and unhelpful. Not sure if it’s because of changes but doesn’t feel very welcoming anymore.
Sweetest and most friendly staff ever. I give my warmest recommendation to MyEyeDr
