Tony saved the day today! I walked in for my son’s 12PM appt at 1211 due to traffic. The front desk told me I needed to reschedule because I was 10 min late. I found this ridiculous and before the situation escalated Tony stepped in and truly saved the day!! I would have found another eye Dr if I was sent home. The Dr was great and not a single person walked in the place while we were there. I ended up spending $1000. I understand policies but getting dismissed today like that was not good! Tony was amazing to work with. Very patient and knowledgeable in helping me choose my first ever pair of glasses.
Don't go here is you have special needs child. Even if high functioning. ZERO understanding. Doc was fine for the eye exam but my son has had those before and was fairly comfortable in the process. When it came to contact fitting completely different story. They had him watch a video (useless for my child) and did very little helping or coaching. They would not allow me to assist.
