Its is so sad, I called this afternoon to schedule my daughter an appointment, An employee by the name of Tiny answer the call and, I said good afternoon calling to schedule an appointment for my daughter, I had to say it twice and the person disconnected the call, I then called again , same person answered and I said , theres no need to disconnect a call on anyone, may I speak to your manager, he then came on the phone and not allowing me to explain he said well she could not hear you, she did not hang yp the call, WOW, I s... read more
I went to MyEyeDr about a year and a half ago. The front desk staff were kind and professional, but I would strongly advise avoiding Dr. Raymond Farmer. His lack of bedside manner was astounding, and he carried himself with an odd chip on his shoulder. This was particularly surprising given that he was relatively new out of optometry school at the time. The lack of humility in the job was, again, just really strange. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable interaction. I will not be returning.
Front desk staff could definitely use some help. Not sure if they’re having a rough day but they came off as super rude an inconvenienced by any questions I had for them. Either help your staff so they aren’t snappy with your clients or hire people who already have the needed skills + patience. Also wild that there is a 7 day wait for them to share my perscription with me. It’s not unreasonable to expect access to your own medical records.
Horrible customer service. Vanessa and her staff are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Gave them specific instructions to save my equipment but they threw them out and told me "oh well". Stay far away from her, everyone that works there and this company. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
