The front lady is disrespectful.
I believe there are opportunities for improvement at this location. I found it concerning that a debate arose regarding which pen to use, and it was unexpected to be called out for arriving for my appointment within the grace period. I think it would be beneficial for the staff, particularly the balding white male receptionist, to focus on providing a more welcoming experience. Perhaps more training on customer service could enhance interactions and create a better atmosphere for everyone.
It socks i was there at 11:43 am on 4/23/25 to pick my wifes glasses and people just walking around and the gentlemen on the front desk told me I can't give them to you right now, because we close in ten minutes for lunch and i said really that's sad ten minutes left and im just picking them up he give me attitude, not my best experience, they called me wife to pick them up some people just don't want to do their job, not my best experience.
I had the most amazing & excellent experience today over the phone with the contact lens consultant “ Cheyenne”. She went out her way to ensure I was took care of before I go away April 26th. I never had such amazing customer service to that extent before and she really made my day today. I truly appreciate her and I pray she gets recognized for her overall greatness.
