Never again will i step foot in here. Doctors and nurses are great. Front of the Office is horrible. Just do yourself a favor and go to any other Eye Doctor. Seriously....just pick a random one and ill guarantee you'll have a better experience.
they are friendly helpful overall great experience. not to mention two years ago before i became a customer they fixed my glasses for me!
Please take my advice and never come here. Both my husband and I regret ever coming here. My husband was given an incorrect prescription, while I was issued a prescription that lacked the doctor's name and signature. As a result, I wasted half a day trying to order glasses, only to discover that I couldn't place an order using that prescription. It is impossible to get through to them by phone, and later on, they couldn't even locate the doctor. In the end, we are both left without glasses—all because of this terrible office... read more
I wish I could give it a 0 star. I order glasses with the thin lenses when they come in there super thick cut glass. Bring them back because there wrong the incompetent employee put the order in wrong. I specifically said thin glasses I’ll pay the extra the insurance doesn’t cover. No problem they said came in pure wrong! I had a mixed experience at MyEyeDr.. The front desk staff was very kind, especially the sweet lady working up front, and the assistant who helped me that day was also extremely nice and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Unfortunately, the negative part of my experience was with Dr. Ramandeep Kaur. I was the last patient of the day, but I made sure to arrive 15 minutes early so everything could be ready for my appointment. During my visit the appointment felt very rushed.
