Wow thank you for saying I didn't have pain on my eye which I clearly did. My workers comp is invalid cause of that thanks doc here have a 1 star for causing me trouble at my job now they think im causing fraud when I really did scratch my eye. DONT GO HERE.
The most unprofessional my eye doctor I’ve ever been in. I was able to listen to the girls behind the counter laugh at a customer because he was confused.I had something done to my glasses and they were full of fingerprints. They didn’t even clean them. I will never go back there again.
Customer service is terrible. I walked in and no one greeted me or gave me any clear instructions. Everyone was just doing their own thing.
August 2025 Wonderful experience at MyEyeDr Hamden office today. So pleased with my visit everything went of smoothly from booking the appointment to the exam and purchasing my new glasses . The entire staff were very kind and friendly . The Doctor was excellent she was patient and very knowledgeable she explained what was going on with my blurry vision and prescribed a new pair of glasses.
