I am a patient there. I had a medical emergency regarding my eye which I had to go to to Yale ER. I was told it was critical to see my eye doc the next day He was too busy to see me and I was also told I was not his actual patient. It was abhorrent of him to refuse me. I have every intention of reporting him to CT State Dental Association. He has no conscience or care for the patients there
Best eye doctor’s office I’ve ever had. Jada in front is personable and super sweet. She let me try on all the glasses I wanted and was my hype girl for each! Greg was knowledgeable and funny during his portion of my visit. Also very personally and easy to talk to! Dr. Grand was also amazing. Very kind and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice concerning my dry eyes and contacts. The one doctor’s appointment I enjoy going to! Highly recommend this office and the employees within!
First of all A+++ customer service Chelsea EC was very nice and helpful. The store manager Karina went above and beyond to make sure i was able to order the lenses that i needed
I just went to them for the first time to get my new glasses, the service and customer service was 10 plus,am very happy with my new glasses i will come next time again went i need my new set of glasses and i will never go back to Kennedy Perkin again Hamden staff was greate..
My experience with the Hamden location was excellent. Everyone was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable when it came to answering questions regarding my children’s visit. Dr. Kaur was amazing and my children loved her. I would highly recommend this location. MyEyeDr Thank You all for your services and I truly appreciate your time and patience with my children.
