This is the WORST run office I have ever been to. It really should get zero stars. My first experience was at the beginning of June, when I showed up for the appointment I had made and confirmed online only to be told that I didn't have an appointment. When I showed the woman at the front desk that I did indeed make an appointment online she said, "Oh, they don't always come through to the office. It's a corporate problem." Finding an eye doctor who truly cares is rare, but my experience in Hamden was extraordinary! At my first visit on July 3rd, I was warmly greeted by a delightful and professional staff. A special shout-out to the young lady at the front who helped me try on glasses and adjusted them with ease, making them fit perfectly on my face and making me realize that glasses are doable.
