Finding an eye doctor who truly cares is rare, but my experience in Hamden was extraordinary! At my first visit on July 3rd, I was warmly greeted by a delightful and professional staff. A special shout-out to the young lady at the front who helped me try on glasses and adjusted them with ease, making them fit perfectly on my face and making me realize that glasses are doable. I am a patient there. I had a medical emergency regarding my eye which I had to go to to Yale ER. I was told it was critical to see my eye doc the next day He was too busy to see me and I was also told I was not his actual patient. It was abhorrent of him to refuse me. I have every intention of reporting him to CT State Dental Association. He has no conscience or care for the patients there

Best eye doctor’s office I’ve ever had. Jada in front is personable and super sweet. She let me try on all the glasses I wanted and was my hype girl for each! Greg was knowledgeable and funny during his portion of my visit. Also very personally and easy to talk to! Dr. Grand was also amazing. Very kind and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice concerning my dry eyes and contacts. The one doctor’s appointment I enjoy going to! Highly recommend this office and the employees within!
