This crazy eyes glasses i ever been they did my eyes exam and recommend a set glasses that i can not i been use because i drive my eyes crazy,now they dont honor what they give you a they want another $500 for 2 set of glasses not including the frame.never ever again i will use them our recommend this place...
Staff at desk are incompetent. One person checked me in and took insurance. Other staff returned card then 20 minutes later asked for my insurance card. She then told me I could check out when I had not had exam! Left very angry and will not return
The only good thing about my visit was the eye exam. The doctor was very thorough, which is why I gave it three stars. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone! The staff is unprofessional. The office smelled like dirty sweaty socks. Waiting for my glasses to come in, after that I will never go back!!
It took over two weeks for me to get my glasses then when they came I had transitions. They wasn’t transitioning. This is my first time using this place. I don’t think it will be another time. I spent over $700 for two pair of glasses. One frame came in no transition second one late. You must do better to be better.🥸
Dr. Ryan Grand is an excellent and caring doctor and the office staff is friendly and treats people like valued patients and customers.
