I had a wonderful experience at My Eye Dr appointment this morning at the McLean office. From start to finish, the care and attention I received were exceptional. Dominic Stewart was incredibly patient and thorough—he took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt completely confident and comfortable with my new prescription. I had a wonderful experience at this location. Dr Steward is knowledgeable, efficient, and has great "bedside" manner. He helped me find perfect contacts that several providers at other offices could not. The staff is friendly and it's a very pleasant atmosphere. Tara and Jamie were great help in getting my insurances and new lenses sorted out.
Everyone here is always very welcoming and friendly! Tara was wonderful to work with and helped my husband and I both find the glasses we were looking for and offered really great suggestions for frames which made the process so easy!
