Excellent eye doctors and staff. Conveniently located. Limited inventory of eyeglass frames.
This is the most unprofessional appointment I’ve experienced since being a patient at the establishment. Company sends a link about an appointment I’ve been waiting on for 2 weeks. I verify it through the link they sent via text and for some reason on my end it says the appointment was confirmed but I get here the time of my appointment and no one received the for confirmation of my appointment. The doctor was pretty cold. Didn’t seem happy to answer any questions and answered the ones that I did have with disdain. However, the office staff was very friendly and the entire appointment took less than 45 minutes. Ended up not purchasing anything as the selection was limited.
Even with insurance, prices here are insane. They aren't very helpful with answers to pricing questions either. I will say the man at the front desk is very nice.
