Made an appointment online, got a confirmation email, arrived and was told the appointment was cancelled because someone else "took the spot". No other appointments available for the next 2 months or could wait an hour to see if the next appointment was a no-show.
I made an appointment almost 6 weeks ago for this location. I have received countless texts and emails reminding me of said appointment that was for Saturday 10/4/25 at 12:10. I received a call today, 10/1/25 from an incredibly rude woman who didn't introduce herself or who she was calling from telling me that appointment time doesn't exist in their scheduling system and made it sound like it was my fault. I went to this location for the past eight or so years. The last couple office staff is horrible. The Doctor is fabulous and that’s why they get two stars. For example, today I went in to find out exactly what my insurance covers and I have good insurance And I have purchased a number of glasses from them in the past with the same insurance. I have been at more than one location. Blanding Blvd & Normandy blvd. & I didn't like neither one of them. Was hoping that maybe one would b better than the other. But it wasn't. So on my next eye exam I am finding somewhere to go.
