I went to this location for the past eight or so years. The last couple office staff is horrible. The Doctor is fabulous and that’s why they get two stars. For example, today I went in to find out exactly what my insurance covers and I have good insurance And I have purchased a number of glasses from them in the past with the same insurance. I have been at more than one location. Blanding Blvd & Normandy blvd. & I didn't like neither one of them. Was hoping that maybe one would b better than the other. But it wasn't. So on my next eye exam I am finding somewhere to go.
Jose and all the other workers showed me such care and kindness. The service was outstanding. God bless and grant increase customers and may lives be good days always.
