Had a really good experience at MyEyeDr. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Everyone was courteous, listened to my concerns, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The whole visit was smooth and professional from start to finish. No complaints at all. I'd definitely recommend this MyEyeDr. location to anyone looking for great eye care and excellent customer service.

Amazing/caring and welcoming front desk staff. I was stuck in highway traffic during a flash flood. I called and spoke to Mrs. Brenda, and she was so understanding. Dr. Franson was awesome! And taught me how the world actually looked with proper RX glasses. He has a terrific bedside manner, yet is quit witted and kept up with my dry sarcastic sense of humor. Do not waste your money here. This corporate mill doesn't care about your vision; they just want your wallet. They completely messed up my exam and gave me a prescription that was weaker than what I wore years ago. On top of the blurry script, the frames and lenses they sold me were total junk and fell apart. Now I am stuck without insurance and a useless product because they refuse to fix their medical mistakes. They intentionally give you cheap products and bad scripts so you are forced to buy new glasses every 12 months. ... read more
