My glasses ended up not being covered by insurance. They were supposed to refund my flex spending account for my $500 on 5/18/26. On 5/28 I go to use my flex spending and they NEVER REFUNDED MY ACCOUNT!! I call and get ECCUSES!! I can’t pick up my medicine at the pharmacy till they refund my flex spending. 6/1/26.
