This place is great! Dr Harris was amazing and the girls at the front desk were very helpful as well as the tech who helped me along the way as well. I highly recommend this place.

Awfull staff lack of empathy , my baby was crying and basically I was told to shut him up even tho I was already trying to do , took him outside trying to calm the baby and came in the looks that the staff gave me make me walk out first and last time
It was our first time here. To start off, our appointments were running behind. We had to wait 30 min after our scheduled time to get in a room. The technician was very friendly with the kids so that was good. Here's what made me upset. My daughter was picking out glasses and one of the ladies that fits the glasses was discriminating. It was not Suzzane. Two Middle Eastern man sat down with her to do the fitting when they left she starting wiping the whole space down with clorox wipes. She had not done this to anyone else. I went in about 6 weeks ago now and I had originally a great experience. The tech was fantastic and the person who checked me out was really nice. I ordered a pair of sunglasses as well as a pair of lenses for my current frames. I have had to call into the store twice over the last 6 weeks because my sunglasses still haven’t arrived. I was told that I should expect them within 7-10 business days. The first phone call I made was 15 business days after my order was placed.
