I took both of my girls here and I was highly impressed by how fast I was in and out for two appointments! Then when picking out glasses they were so so so helpful. I really want to shout out that Scott is amazing and really went above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything !
I’ve been a patient here for the past two years, and it’s consistently been a great experience. The staff always go out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable and looked after. Kendal Morgan was especially helpful—she walked me through everything beforehand and made the lead-up to seeing the doctor clear and stress-free.
I’ve been in contacts for 25yrs getting exams yearly. My insurance is fantastic but when my exam was complete the heavy set woman in glasses in the glasses dept. was condescending and quite frankly passive aggressive and rude. They tried to charge me for all kinds of extra crap I’ve never had to get or need. Then refused to give me a copy of my prescription unless I paid the obscene amount of money they claimed my insurance wouldn’t cover.
