My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. During a simple adjustment, a staff member damaged the carbon-fiber temple of my frames by bending it with his hands instead of using the proper alignment tool. Carbon fiber does not flex; any attempt to bend it results in structural damage. That is exactly what occurred. When I returned to address the issue, I was told that the wobble at the attachment point was "normal" for carbon-fiber frames.
