Ollie was the best she made me feel comfortable and was outgoing!! She was wonderful when I picked up my glasses!! Last visit The guy in the glasses department dismisses medicade patients (who was there 1st) for people buying meta quest glasses. He was rude didn't ask me about anti glare that all my other glasses had just snatched them and said 2 weeks. I had to call back to ask for the anti glare was told I had to come back in for his mistake. Eventually payed it on the phone. Horrible costumer service.
I’ve had a great experience every single time I’ve visited this office. Especially with Ollie always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and informed during my appointment. She is very thorough, kind, and always welcoming, which makes a huge difference. You can really tell that she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I would highly recommend choosing this eye doctor and their team they make the whole process smooth, professional, and stress free.

From my first phone call, Scott was super helpful and welcoming, and he continued his excellent customer service in the optical shop. Dr. Corcoran, Olly, and Kristin were all amazing also. I'm glad I chose to make my appointment here, and highly recommend this office!
