Awful, awful, awful service. Initial exam measurement was wrong. Glasses sent back with new measurement. A week later, glasses returned but the prescription was done wrong this time. Another return to the lab. Another week later, they were supposedly ready. Got there the next morning and still had to wait for the lenses to be put in. Not once did we receive notification the glasses were there. We had to call and check each time. Staff seems more interested in discussing their various medical issues than getting the job done.
My family and I have been going to this Wake Forest location since 2013. The entire family of 6 was seen the same day for years. We called to schedule our appointment for us 6. (2 adults and 4 teenage girls). The next day we received a call stating the optometrist doesn't want us to come in on the same day. We would need to schedule 2 family members each day for total of 3 days. Going back and forth. We have great insurance as well as paid almost $800 for the frames and contacts every year. Awesome folks! Excellent doctor, staff, and great selection of frames. Staff helped me find the perfect frames and i was in and out in under an hour. Definitely recommend! ❤️
The whole experience start to finish was great. And I was unsure about glasses but they picked out great glasses for me.
