My family and I have been going to this Wake Forest location since 2013. The entire family of 6 was seen the same day for years. We called to schedule our appointment for us 6. (2 adults and 4 teenage girls). The next day we received a call stating the optometrist doesn't want us to come in on the same day. We would need to schedule 2 family members each day for total of 3 days. Going back and forth. We have great insurance as well as paid almost $800 for the frames and contacts every year. Awesome folks! Excellent doctor, staff, and great selection of frames. Staff helped me find the perfect frames and i was in and out in under an hour. Definitely recommend! ❤️
The whole experience start to finish was great. And I was unsure about glasses but they picked out great glasses for me.

Second pair of Flexon eyeglasses with a warranty. They did not share that the warranty is for only one pair. Second pair just broke after 6 months. They wanted to charge another $208 dollars for the frames. Unbelievable.
