Great people. Front desk lady fixed my glasses twice and saved me lots of money. Wish I had come here a long time ago.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at this optometrist’s office in Greenbrier, Chesapeake. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. This was my first time visiting MyEyeDr., and I was immediately welcomed by the amazing staff and quickly checked in. The exam process was the most professional experience I’ve had in over 12 years of wearing glasses. Finding the perfect pair of frames has always been a challenge for me, but I have to give major credit to Ms. Gi Gi! She was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the selection process. Thanks to her, I found the perfect pair. From now on, MyEyeDr. is the only place I’ll be going!

I ordered my glasses in February and still haven’t received them, terrible business. They got my prescription wrong the first time and had to have them remade. They were also suppose to be shipped to the kemps river location and they failed to do it. Zero stars.
