Last week when I went to this MyEyeDr location, I arrived around 9 a.m. assuming it was open, but I was a bit early. While waiting, I noticed two employees arriving in the same parked vehicle, which I believe was an Acura. When they got out, a strong cloud of smoke came from the car, and they immediately started spraying themselves with something to cover the odor. I’ve been here 3 times. Liked both doctors I’ve seen very much. Purchased 3 pairs of glasses, and have had nothing but good experiences with every employee and all other aspects of my visits here. Will continue to use this office for as long as I live nearby!
Amazing customer service! I went in today and was honestly so impressed by how smooth and pleasant everything was. The staff was super friendly, and they moved quickly without making anything feel rushed. The receptionist was especially welcoming and helpful, which made checking in really easy.
