Amazing customer service! I went in today and was honestly so impressed by how smooth and pleasant everything was. The staff was super friendly, and they moved quickly without making anything feel rushed. The receptionist was especially welcoming and helpful, which made checking in really easy. The doctor was kind, understanding, and took the time to listen to my concerns, which I really appreciated. And the person who helped me pick out glasses was amazing. Very not good experience with customer service
The receptionist is always not at her desk, which causing checking in delay
Please do not waste your time — completely unreliable. I made an appointment online for the Springfield location and show up on time, only to be told they needed to reschedule. If you’re like me and have to coordinate taking time off of work to keep an appointment you’re taking a big risk if you schedule here. I certainly won’t be returning!
