I strongly advise against engaging with this practice. I have visited the office twice within a span of five months, and both experiences were unsatisfactory. I own up to not everyone can handle kids- especially a two year old who needs special glasses. We had a prescription and everything needed- just needed to order glasses. One particular office staff seemed to hold an attitude the entire visit- and I had to stand there awkwardly as she openly talked about how my 2 year old didn’t want to sit still for a PD (that I had already measured at home to make this as easy as possible). Frustrating experience making appointments so I have given up and am moving on to another provider.. On the web site, it asks you to select an appt time, but it doesn't hold the time immediately, so at the end of the questionnaire, I was told the time was already taken.
