I've been a patient of Dr. Goska for several years, dating back to his time at EyeCare of Wrigleyville. I can't express enough how wonderful it's been to work with him. He's kind, patient, and exceptionally informative. Each appointment feels like a valuable learning experience, enhancing my understanding of my eye health while reassuring me that I am in excellent hands. Disappointed in the service. The first time they did a service and did not tell me my insurance didn't cover it. Kind of crappy. Then I call and ask to see if they have glasses under my budget. Lady answers the phone and says "We have some that are at 130." and I said well I'm looking for under because my budget - she just repeats that and doesn't offer any alternative or solution. I'll take my business elsewhere. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice you know the drill. Thanks anyways!
Update**** Dr. Goska is still the absolute best! He is kind, professional and has great bedside manner. I literally flew in to see him. There is something about the doctor's in our lives that actually takes the time to explain things, that I greatly appreciate. **** I have gone here several times, once for a normal exam and several for some eye issues I have.
