Did amazing at slowing down the Dr Apt. Made sure I wasn't rushed and got me the correct prescription. Worked with me on price and did amazing to keep it in my insurance and we're supper kind and my glasses now I love them AND I CAN SEE PROPERLY

First, was not told ahead of time that there was no doctor doing the exam. It was a zoom video “doctor “ which is awkward and doesn’t feel like I’m getting a thorough exam. Second, the video doctor convinced me to try multi focus contacts which of course are expensive. But, she assured me I had a trial period to see if I like them. But that wasn’t true. I just received a call today that they need to reschedule my appointment, don't get my wrong I understand things happened but this is my 6th appointment I had to reschedule like really there's something always going, if you don't want my business then just say that instead of stringing me along.

Today I had an eye appointment. Or so I thought. I walked in and told the receptionist that I had an appointment with Dr. Madision. She told me that I didn't. She said I had canceled an appointment April 3. I told her that they had called me and canceled the appointment because my appointment was too early for my insurance to cover it. The person who called me helped me make another appointment. The receptionist then stated " oh well appointments can disappear". This is the 2nd time I went to MyeyeDr in Clayton. 1st time I was there Phil took quality time explaining to me why I was having trouble seeing with my Progressive lenses and made adjustments. The 2nd time I went I told Phil that I couldn’t see very well when I was looking into a computer screen and he suggested to get another pair of glasses for when I used the computer.
