The exam experience itself was great, but I was given an outdated prescription from 2021 of a previous exam by front staff. Although they caused the error, they refuse to help as the order was not with them. They make you sign a waiver confirming you got the right prescription prior to the exam/receiving it, so hold off on signing off.
I had an absolutely amazing experience here with Dr. Albert Choi! He is incredibly personable, took the time to listen to all of my concerns. And just like a miracle worker, fixed an issue I had been struggling with for YEARS in just a few minutes. I cannot express how grateful I am! The staff is just as wonderful especially Riyah and Dede. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine passion for helping people made my visit even more special. The customer service here is unmatched, highly recommend.
The eye exam is great and Dr. Choi is one of the best. I will return for that again. 5 stars. Glasses are very expensive, even after the insurance discount, and you don't get any idea what you're paying for thinner lenses, etc. I won't do that again. Buyer beware.
I used to think this was the best place for eye exams a few years ago, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. Dr. Choi rushed through the entire process, making the exam feel hurried and impersonal, as if he couldn’t wait to get me out of the clinic. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the focus seemed entirely on money rather than patient care. Do not waste your insurance here for an eye exam.
