I had such a great experience at this place. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me fix my damaged frame that I recently got. Best part is, they did not charge me for the repair. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch eye care with a personal touch!
Came in for eyeglass repair. They were very nice and accommodating. My glasses couldn’t be fixed. However, upon leaving I was missing the screw holding the arm to the lens shown to the front desk attendant. After calling to check if it was left on the desk, it’s simply gone. I will now have to pay for this part to be replaced. Should I have double checked they placed everything handed back? Yes. Did they still lose something of value to me? Yes.
I previously gave them 5 stars a year ago however as time went on, this location has shown that they DO NOT CARE and want to do the bare minimum. I have bought from this company since 2020. Within the last year, I’ve had multiple issues. I brought my insured glasses in to be re-tightened as a screw came out. They were perfect on my face when I first got the pair. While there, I had to ask them at least 5 times to return to the back and tighten them as there were no changes. I gave up and now the glasses fall off of my face. ... read more
Dr. Choi gave me an eye drop solution that EASILY cleared the issue I'd been having for the last 4 days. The immediate relief was such a game changer and I'm very grateful.
