Dee Dee did me a huge favor she fixed sunglasees...on my first visit to My Eye Dr.
The folks that work here are so nice but why can't the company replace frames? I was told the ones I bought were not able to be ordered nor could they locate them at any other locations. A glasses shop pair of generic frames should be piece unique 1 of 1. Help me out please.
I could not have had a more terrible experience. Based on that, there is absolutely no way I could recommend this place to anyone else.
My eye appointment was great, everyone was super nice, professional and patient. The doctor gave me a free sample of contact lenses that are better than the ones I use, to try them out. After the appointment the associate asked me if I wanted to put a lenses order, I said no, because I wasn't sure which ones I'll want. She offered me to pay a for them now and let them know which ones later. That seemed super strange given that the prices are different for both types - how and why would I pay for "nothing"?
