I just needed a few minor adjustments on my sunglasses and MyEyeDr took care of everything quickly, in a friendly manner, and free of charge. Terrific!
My glasses got stepped on and the frames were terribly bent - the lovely person at this shop fixed them for free! Will be back for my new, sorely needed glasses.
Screening and tests went fine, relatively on time, no complaints there. The glasses salesperson was really nice at the start of the seemingly mandatory session with her, until I said I didn’t want to buy any glasses yet. Then she just went quiet and said I could walk over to the card reader and pay. I paid and had a question about the receipt. Great, helpful staff and big selection of designer frames.
A friend recommended this place, but the doctor refused my prescription printed from LensCrafters’ site because it wasn’t signed by another doctor. He either doesn’t trust me that I’m bringing my own prescription and not someone else’s or is mired in the previous century when electronic medical records weren’t readily accessible. Despite having all the necessary information, he decided I wasn’t worth his time. The helpful young lady couldn’t change his mind, and now he’s wasted my time. He won’t get another chance.
