The service was horrible. Dr. Rules aren't clearly stated and are without flexibility. Plus the ability to obtain a copy of you prescription never works. I don't know if it's just this location. But it is very disappointing to try and take time from work to make an appt. Offices think it's just so easy to rechedule an appt.
First visit scheduled virtual at Leesville location. Overall it was hit and miss. One of the machines did not work so they had to do the test manually, not sure how that works. It was not explained. The wait for the OD to show up was over 15 minutes, too long. Then they referred me to their specialist for evaluation at one of their other locations- in person. Six forks location. Dare I say, Dr. Pridgen is absolutely worth a visit to this office. Her expertise, professionalism, and the way she engages with patients is truly second to none. She makes the eye exam experience seamless and reassuring — a true standout in her field. That said, I would strongly advise taking your prescription and seeking eyewear elsewhere. Today marked my second attempt to simply replace lenses in my sunglasses, regular glasses, and daughter’s glasses — and after over an hour of waiting, I once again left empty-handed. The... read more
