New to Raleigh and needed an optometrist. Excellent customer service, kind and caring optometrist, and great prices!!! Thank you Angie, Andrew, and Dr Marshall!!! 100% recommend this team and location for all your eye care needs!
Staff won’t allow drop off for repairs. Demands customers wait. Poor customer service. Also missing southern hospitality in this establishment.

Have been to this location several times in the last 2 months, the first 2 for contact rechecks. I was scheduled for immediately after lunch so I “wouldn’t have to wait” and would be the first appt seen. Both times waited 30+ minutes and others were being called back around me. The first doctor was very dismissive, however the second was thorough and genuinely cared. Today, I returned for my 4th pair of contact trials and to get my glasses tightened. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at an eyeglass retailer. The woman that did my exam and led me through the teledoc appt was amazing. Angela and Alexa, I believe, in the front did everything needed to expedite the process, but overall I was inside for two hours. An hour of that was just standing around waiting for someone to help with next steps.
