I was told that my eye exam would be covered by insurance once every two years, and that I’d only have to pay around $45 out of pocket. That sounded reasonable, until six months later, a surprise bill for $221 showed up! This feels incredibly unfair and deceptive. I went in there for contacts and Jordana was such an amazing help. The whole process and experience with her was amazing 10/10, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and coming back!
The service was horrible. Dr. Rules aren't clearly stated and are without flexibility. Plus the ability to obtain a copy of you prescription never works. I don't know if it's just this location. But it is very disappointing to try and take time from work to make an appt. Offices think it's just so easy to rechedule an appt.
First visit scheduled virtual at Leesville location. Overall it was hit and miss. One of the machines did not work so they had to do the test manually, not sure how that works. It was not explained. The wait for the OD to show up was over 15 minutes, too long. Then they referred me to their specialist for evaluation at one of their other locations- in person. Six forks location.
