Dr Asma Khan is one of the worst medical professionals I have ever seen. She is extremely incompetent, unprofessional and just plain rude. She asked me what my symptoms were and then interrupted me while I am talking saying: “I don’t have time for this”. She then sent her student in to continue the examination. There were no prior conversations, nor did I say or do anything other than explaining my symptoms in a respectful way. I’ve been coming to this office since I was a teenager. Majority of staff was nice, but specifically Greg and Chase provided excellent customer service towards me and my wife. I’ve never had any poor experiences here
Dr. Julia is phenomenal and Austin did an amazing job. My go to is Dr.Glover at Briar Creek, but with my new work schedule, it’s been a challenge to see him. The didn’t miss a beat at this location! Great customer service from the whole staff!
Woke up this morning with broken glasses. Made a quick call over to the MyEyeDr on Glenwood. Austin Brown answered and went above and beyond with helping me access my account online as well as getting me an amazing deal on a new pair of eyeglasses for under $200. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. 10/10 experience
Man…I’ve been coming to this office since 2012 and I’ve never once had a complaint until now. At my initial appointment, the staff at the desk was fine. My experience with the staff related to my exam was fine. But the service end of this office? Absolutely deplorable. The woman helping my husband and I after our exams wouldn’t even speak to us and acted like asking literally one question about glasses frames was an issue. It’s absurd how rude she was.
