Great experience. The woman at the front, Greg, and Chase were all super helpful and made the whole appointment lovely from start to finish.
Really nice staff. But the Optometrist Dr. Syed or something will really, *really* try to shortchange you. He came in, gave me a *very* rudimentary explanation of the results of my exam and the solution they landed on, gave me very brief and visibly rushed answers when I had follow-up questions, and 3sec after I stopped to think about one of his answers (as I'm not a medical professional and can't process them so easily, and need a moment to think before determining what else to say/ask), he started to leave. I should have researched the reviews prior to coming to this location and understand why the ratings are low. Rude staff minus the assistant. No one is concerned about care. It seems like they were trying to argue. If angry eye exam had a photo this would be it. Not returning here or any My Eye Dr. location again.
Dr Asma Khan is one of the worst medical professionals I have ever seen. She is extremely incompetent, unprofessional and just plain rude. She asked me what my symptoms were and then interrupted me while I am talking saying: “I don’t have time for this”. She then sent her student in to continue the examination. There were no prior conversations, nor did I say or do anything other than explaining my symptoms in a respectful way. I’ve been coming to this office since I was a teenager. Majority of staff was nice, but specifically Greg and Chase provided excellent customer service towards me and my wife. I’ve never had any poor experiences here
