When my husband went there their imaging was down and then told him he possibly had a medical concern without having the proper tests completed. He went back to get the imaging done and no one ever said anything else about the medical concern. No one called to follow up on the imaging and when he called they said everything was fine. Great place! That is if you enjoy constant spam emails, snotty and rude front desk employees and doctors that are too busy for you to call and let them know you'll be a minute or two late after they moved locations without telling you! Healthcare in a strip mall, what's more American than that?
I have been coming to this Dr office for years.. I made an appointment and took off work to go to the appointment and apparently AI moved me out the way and scheduled someone else in my place without notifying me. . I get a text today after I made the appointment 2 weeks ago that AI canceled my appointment... But they didn't call me!!! Come on Dr Said,,,
