After having horrible experiences with my last two eye doctors, this is the best place I have found. Starting with the staff and the extra help I needed with my crazy insurance, Everyone was very cheerful and the doctor was very sweet and took so much time, nothing was rushed like the last 2 offices. I would highly recommend this office.
The doctor was great. The rest of the staff was nice the day I was paying for services. Then my glasses broke and I needed to order replacement frames. I was told two weeks for new frames and that turned into three and a half months WITHOUT glasses!!!! Then I was told to pay extra money for the broken piece when the glasses had an unconditional one year guarantee on them!!! What??? I have visited many doctors in the area over the years, and this year was finally impressed. I thought that the staff and overall service was excellent and I felt that this was my most thorough exam ever!
