Dr Ward was professional and personable.
This place has really upped their customer service. Nicole and Stephen were outstanding, patient, helpful, and very positive. Dr. Ward is new here and is also awesome and patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. What a great place and I will definitely be back.
Can't imagine I just show up on good days. I've been here a few times now within the last 1 1/2 yrs, for exams, fittings, pick ups etc., and it's always an A+ experience. The entire staff is undoubtedly knowledgable in their roles, and beyond that, they are all very kind, cooperative, responsive and thorough.
