Made an appt online, waited 40 minutes past my appointment with no help so I left. They immediately called me as I was in the parking lot to come back for my appt just to tell me as I walked in that they gave the appt to another person 😂 incredible. Don’t make an appt here and assume it means anything. Woman at front desk was also beyond annoying
Went here last week and I will tell you the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to get their vision checked and get either glasses or contacts.
Absolutely loved my experience here yesterday. I was seen by DR. Jaamal and she was very kind. I then worked with Felecia when picking out a pair of glasses and she was very kind and funny. I loved her will definitely be going back .
Had a quick and efficient visit at the eye doctor in White Oak Garner. This was my first time switching over to this location. Felecia was very helpful and guided me in picking out the perfect glasses. The customer service was excellent throughout. I’ll definitely be back!
