It was my first time at an eye doctor in 10 years (my husband kept saying I need glasses and I kept resisting but turns out he was right!). I would give this place a zero. I showed up for an in-person exam and was asked to spend more money because the doctor couldn't be there and I had to do video exam. I got up and left. I am not paying more because a doctor could not see me in person when I showed up to the place in person and was not told beforehand. I wasted my lunch break from work to come here. The lack of communication is so disappointing and frustrating... I am very upset more than upset. .
My entire family sees Dr. Allard. He is very personable and takes his time with each patient. When I had something concerning happen to me that I needed to see a Retina Specialist for he called me personally to check in and make sure I was ok. His staff is friendly and Felecia is a rockstar with helping you pick frames and get you set with exactly what you need
Before My Eye Doctor took over, I loved this group. The only reason I keep coming here is for Dr Bailey, because he has been our eye doc for over 15 years. The staff is horrible and the system is ridiculous. I showed up for an appointment that I made through the portal, because you can't get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. Been a myeyedr customer for decades, first time at this location. Excellently done exam. When buying the glasses the first price offered was 3X after insurance what I paid 18 months ago (with same insurance coverage). When I balked the person lowered the price some. Not the experience I sought and we may not go back.
