Pleasant staff. Dr. had a great bedside manner. My new eye place!
Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, and I cannot recommend this business based on the service I received. The communication, customer service, and overall handling of my concerns were extremely disappointing. I expected to feel heard and valued as a customer, but instead I left feeling frustrated and ignored. I sincerely hope management (Kizzy) takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. No customer should have to fight to have their concerns acknowledged.
Was able to come in earlier than my appointment time. Everything was quick and efficient. Love Dr Gonzalez sense of humor. The front staff were also pleasant. Thank you
