I had a scheduled appointment on March 10, 2025, at 10:20 a.m. at this location, only to be told upon arrival at the 10:10 that my appointment was canceled because I didn’t provide verbal confirmation despite never receiving a call, text, or email requesting confirmation
Very unsatisfied with the results received they placed an order in December told me it was gonna be here by January 4 Then the 10th, it’s now the 17th and my glasses are still not ready, and now the staff is blaming the storm for a delay in shipment of over two weeks.
Mal, hoy tenía cita y hice mi confirmación por msj. me mandaron la confirmación de mi cita, hoy al llegar con mis hijos me dijeron que habían cancelado mi cita y ni pudieron hacer favor de llamarme para yo no llegar al lugar
I went in for me exam and picked out my frames, everyone was polite. I waited patiently for about 3 weeks before I got my notification that my glasses were ready. When I got there, they had nothing ready but the lenses! No frames! They tried to tell me that I didn't order the frames that I already paid for! Now I have to wait even longer, who knows how long, for them to order my frames! I wish I had not went to this location. I had a much better experience at the Forestville location.
