I broke my glasses. Carlos secured the same frames from another store. When he called me to inform me the good news, I went to the office and within 15 minutes, I had the new frames with the old lenses. Carlos was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I have been going to my eye doctor in Ellicott City for several years. All of the staff and doctors are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
My frames broke and could not be repaired. Carlos was very helpful in securing the same frames I had so I did not have to get new lenses as well. He called me as soon as he secured the frames from another store. I came in with in the hour and he placed my lenses in the new frame. Carlos was friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. I am So thankful for his dedicated work to helping people.
Carlos was wonderful and really took time out of his schedule to help with the contact fitting. He’s truly amazing and overall this location had wonderful service.
I had a really great experience here. I usually buy glasses and contacts online because it’s normally cheaper, but the staff took the time to sit down with me and actually walk through the different options and pricing instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive pair. They showed me how to get the most out of my insurance and helped me find a pair of glasses I really liked for around $96 out of pocket. I really appreciated how transparent and helpful the whole process was.
