I can’t say enough good things about MyEyeDr EC! They went above and beyond by staying late just to make sure I got my new glasses. I can see better than ever now! On top of that, their warmth and attentiveness made the entire experience a joy. Truly the best eye doctor I’ve ever had!
I feel the Dr. and staff were competent. I give it 3 stars because I felt they were a bit deceptive in respect to the copay. Typically there is no copay; however, they said there was. Subsequently, when I pressed about why there is a copay, the staff responded that it was for the retinal scan. I was never asked if I wanted, nor told the scan was an extra fee. With that said, I paid the bill but felt it was a bit deceptive.
