I booked an appointment at MyEyeDr because I was experiencing some floaters in my vision. I received a call 2 days prior to my appointment saying my vision insurance for routine already was used today. I explained I have medical ppo insurance and it is a medical visit. The representative took my insurance information, last 4 of my social and didn't ask to put me on hold. She just did and I was on hold longer than 5 minutes. After using the custom inner supports I had a bad flare up of back pain. Will return to store next week to try to resolve this issue or return product.

As I was leaving work today in the same shopping center as this myeyedoctor, I came across two older gentleman that looked confused and perhaps lost, up by the directory at the top of the escalator. Very familiar with the center, I offered to help. The younger of the two gentlemen says he’s looking for the eye doctor (I’m assuming maybe the older one is his dad but idk) and he shows me his appointment information printed out that clearly states “myeyedr” and the address of our shopping center.
