I’ve been a patient and customer for years and have always found them to be professional and my whole experience to be positive.
First prescription was incorrect had to come back saw another doctor .: dr smeriglio fixed prescription who then gave me correct prescription.. the wait to see doctor was over 40 minutes from appt time .. so they apparently do not give their doctors enough time with patients to be so backed up .. counter person also put protection plan that I did not ask for on my bill
After making an appointment this morning for 11:30 today I drive to Hunt Valley Mall to My Eye DR. I was 6 minutes late as I was filling out pre check in forms, which were very tedious and time consuming, from home. I called from the mall parking lot at 11:36 to let them know I couldn't find their location. Alexis, who spoke to me when I called for directions, had no idea where she was or the My Eye Dr location was. I was on a hunt for the location on my own! Found it in 1.5 minutes, alas, no parking!!! My husband and I had appointments at this location today. We had excellent service.Dr.Smeriglio was completely professional. His assistant Brianna was polite professional and thorough.We highly recommend the Cockeysville location of my eye doctor. Thank you my eye doctor @ Cockeysville.
Horrible experience from the moment I walked in for my girlfriend’s son eye appointment. The older lady looked to be annoyed as soon as we walked in 10 mins early for appointment maybe we was to early. Asked us to wait by the counter and somebody will be with us. The younger lady that came after was friendly and polite. Helped him with everything we was happy and feeling good about the experience.
