Avoid MyEyeDoctor! This place scam people, poor service. completely overcharged despite having vision insurance in network. whole procedure felt very bait and switch. Frames also very expensive even for low quality ones. Shop around for better prices. Wish I could give it zero stars!!
Went on 12.5.2025 to do a annual eye exam with Dr. Jenny Chen. Dr. Chen provided great customer services and provided me in depth details about the results from my eye exam. During the eye exam, she let me know what she was doing and was patience to go back and forth in the exam to double check if I see the letters and other things correctly. I would definitely come back to see Dr. Chen again. Highly recommend Dr. Chen if you need to see a eye doctor. The other staff members today was very kind while I was there.
This place was not bad. Currently what the problem they have is, I went visited the Dr. and get prescription for eye glass. I chose the glass, paid and placed order. After I received the glass I was not comfortable, the glass keep falling on my nose tip. Then I changed and chose different glass and the order has been placed. After 2 weeks they gave a text said "your order is ready for pick up. I went and asked them to pick up, but they denied and said you have already picked the ordered eye glass. This place is sneaky. Lie about prices. The "receptionist " super aggressive talking no customer service present. Avoid this place
