The entire process was smooth, considering this patient lost his prescription glasses. I was an hour early to my appointment and taken back early to assess my eye care needs as they have changed over the past 2 years since seeing the exact same optometrist, which speaks volumes.... overall, this facility is convenient to me, and the process is fast but thoroughly conducted by a professional staff.
