Regina is the best!!! Shes patient, understanding and very kind. If I owned a business, she would be the face of it. MyEyeDoctor is extremely lucky to have a smart worker that totally loves her job.
I did not like the fill in doctor and I came back to be dilated and was told my appointment Was not place correctly and would have to wait for the doctor to take lunch and get to me almost 2 hours later
After finally getting a call to come pick my lenses up after waiting 40 days the lenses do not fit the glasses I feel disrespected never in my life experience anything like this Denise wasserberg from corporate has no idea how to help me neither does the manager the associates anyone I feel like this is either a race issue or something against me personally. Worse place ever been waiting 30 days for my meta rayban lenses nobody knows how to help me I want to talk to corporate order cancelled 3 different times no timeframe atp I’m sure I can’t even be helped by this location never experienced anything like this
