Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff
I've gone to a bunch of MyEyeDr locations over the years but this was my first time at the Pikesville location - and wow, what a great experience! Dr. Patel, Lauren, and everyone I interacted with all provided great, prompt service and, most notably, they were all incredibly kind - the kind of warmth and friendliness that you notice and remember. I will definitely be returning to this location for future appointments.

I have been working with My Eye Dr in Pikesville for a couple years now. They do and have done a fantastic job for me. Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. I must specify Lauren as the manager and Regina who works with clients as providing great customer service regardless of any issues. I have had some normal minor issues though they resolved them quickly, and easily with no questions asked. You can really tell what kind of service is provided when issues arise, and they handle them with great caring. Thank you!
There’s nothing seriously wrong with this place, but nothing that makes me want to come back either. Dr. Zeidman gets straight to the point, which I can usually appreciate—but during the exam, he cut me off and repeated his (already confusing) instructions in a pretty rude and impatient way. It didn’t make for the most comfortable visit. When I checked out, the woman at the front desk was super friendly at first—complimenting my insurance, my glasses, pretty much everything.
