Amazing service! I came in to replace the lenses in one of my frames with my updated prescription and to switch out another frame completely. Lauren assisted me with such friendliness, patience, and flexibility. She made the changes to both pairs seamlessly and provided truly exemplary customer service. Every time I visit, it’s a consistently positive experience — you can tell Lauren genuinely values the customer experience and wants every person to leave with glasses they love. Highly recommend this location and team!
So helpful & knowledgeable. Regina and Lauren are both awesome and helped me so much! Regina was able to problem-solve what was wrong with my old pair that had been making me nauseated & dizzy. I got great new glasses and my old ones are getting redone, too!

Wife had an emergency appointment at 12:15 on Friday. At 12:45 she still hadn't been seen, and because I needed to be somewhere at 1:15, she had to reschedule even though 30 minutes should have been more than enough time. Same thing happened at another appointment with the receptionist giving attitude and the doctor being non-chalant, taking another patient before her after coming back from a long lunch, even though my wife had been told she was going to be first when the doctor got back.
