The front-end staff are very friendly and professional. I was immediately greeted upon entering. Usually, my experiences with this location in prior years have been great. However, my recent visit wasn't so pleasing when it came to the optometrist (Dr. Vaxmonsky) who saw me. He was very sarcastic, and when I asked for his opinion concerning certain things, and especially since this is his area of expertise, his responses were beyond appalling to me. Amazing service! I came in to replace the lenses in one of my frames with my updated prescription and to switch out another frame completely. Lauren assisted me with such friendliness, patience, and flexibility. She made the changes to both pairs seamlessly and provided truly exemplary customer service. Every time I visit, it’s a consistently positive experience — you can tell Lauren genuinely values the customer experience and wants every person to leave with glasses they love. Highly recommend this location and team!
So helpful & knowledgeable. Regina and Lauren are both awesome and helped me so much! Regina was able to problem-solve what was wrong with my old pair that had been making me nauseated & dizzy. I got great new glasses and my old ones are getting redone, too!
