This is the second time that we have ordered glasses from this specific location only to be let down again. Falsely claiming they will deliver in a week both times so that they can secure business when they obviously either know they cannot deliver or are simply incompetent. The only communication we have had is when we show up when they say it will be delivered only to find out that it is not even close to being ready.
