If I there was an option to rate this business with zero stars, that’s what I would do. I came in on time for my confirmed appointment with my phone as proof in hand ready to receive a service. Unfortunately, I left without receiving any type of service whatsoever. Then the lack of an apology and the cold stare from a worker that doesn’t seem to care about helping me out topped it off. I made an appointment and confirmed it. When I showed up they said they had two appointments for that time that confirmed and that they couldn't see me that day. It is December so everyone is very busy with work and preparing for the holidays. Now it is unlikely that I will now get to see an eye doctor this year due to their mistake.
