I was so impressed with the service and care I received. Chasity, the eye technician, made sure my questions were addressed and Dr. Rossi was so comprehensive in giving me my eye examine and assisting with the prescription eye drops that I needed. When it came to choosing frames, Carmen was so very patient and kind , but frank when helping me select what looked best on me. Overall, I would highly recommend this location with its’ knowledgeable, kind and caring staff.
Our tech Chasity was amazing. She made sure my 6 year old daughter was not afraid, she made her comfortable, and she gave her plenty of reassurance. She’s wonderful.
Melissa and Michelle were a FANTASTIC help!!
It was a good experience and Ms. Chasity was nice and gentle with young patients.
