Very disappointing showed up they say that there was never an appointment under my name. I called three weeks ahead directly to this location and “they say they can’t find in the system.” Don’t recommend coming here.
Fraudulent company!! Billed a $145 contact fitting fee and a $55 refraction fee without actually doing either! And they billed my insurance company for an undisclosed amount! AVOID this dishonest place. Follow up, I tried contacting the location as well as your billing center to resolve the issue and was told “well that just how we do things”. Committing fraud and then admitting it’s fraudulent yet refusing to correct the fraud is unforgivable. This place should be shut down!!

Had to find a new eye doctor after 25+ years due to retirement. I hit the lottery!! Dr. Pink is amazing. The entire office was amazing. So lucky to find them!
