I would recommend this location for an eye exam or eye glasses if you are in the need.. or looking for a location to put on a list to look in to.. I have been to a number of them.. very professional.. and friendly.. made my appointment and walked in was meet and walked back an started .. in and out in less than an hour.. I'm a veteran.. they cover veterans and medacare.. call and get an appointment. They can handle you and all your needs
I’ll be succinct with this. I ordered contacts and glasses. The wrong contacts were ordered with the wrong prescription and the wrong amount, in addition to the blue light coating not being added to my glasses. It took 3 phone calls with the manager to get this fixed. After I picked up my order, I realized an updated receipt was not in the bag. I called asking for a receipt. 4 phone calls later I get a receipt. I spent 3 hours on 8 phone calls in the span of 3 weeks. I do not have the time nor the patience that it takes to f... read more

Absolute inflexibility and apathy towards veterans. I have been trying for months to get an appointment through the VA to this contractor and getting the runaround. VA says they sent the paperwork, this office says they haven't received it...I got a copy of the paperwork they need and could physically hand it to them but that isnt good enough, it supposedly has to come directly from the VA (who already sent it). Stupid red tape I guess they don't make enough money helping veterans.
