I’ll be succinct with this. I ordered contacts and glasses. The wrong contacts were ordered with the wrong prescription and the wrong amount, in addition to the blue light coating not being added to my glasses. It took 3 phone calls with the manager to get this fixed. After I picked up my order, I realized an updated receipt was not in the bag. Absolute inflexibility and apathy towards veterans. I have been trying for months to get an appointment through the VA to this contractor and getting the runaround. VA says they sent the paperwork, this office says they haven't received it...I got a copy of the paperwork they need and could physically hand it to them but that isnt good enough, it supposedly has to come directly from the VA (who already sent it). Stupid red tape I guess they don't make enough money helping veterans.

I recently moved to Colorado and needed a new eye DR that would accept my insurance. Dr. Pink was great! She and her staff were warm and welcoming from the time I arrived, through the initial screening with the tech, with Dr. Pink and then with the eye wear consultant. Dr. Pink made some suggestions but didn't force anything on me. Very warm and caring. HIGHLY recommend. I've already recommended Dr. Pink to several people!

I just stopped at Myeyedr in Parker to get a screw replaced in my glasses. They had my glasses repaired in a few minutes and were very friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience!
