I have been going to My Eye Dr. for years for my basic eye exams. However, for the past 6 months I've been dealing with an emergency eye issue and follow up. Throughout my numerous visits, Dr. Pink and her entire staff have made my experience as positive as possible, and everyone has been incredible!
My mother has Parkinson's and the staff were very conscientious when she needed help navigating the office and understanding.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at the office in Parker. My mom and aunt had an appointment scheduled for 12/3, and the day before, we received a call from a woman saying the doctor was unavailable and asking us to reschedule. She was very polite, and we moved the appointment without any issues. When we called the next day to confirm, we spoke with a gentleman who was extremely rude. Eye exam was a health requirement for a diabetic retinopathy, not a routine eye exam. MyEYE doctor put in the wrong codes and billed as a routine exam and billed the wrong insurance company. I got a statement for $165 due and they are threatening late fees or collections, for their billing mistake. Now I have to pay the bill and attempt to recover the reimbursement from my old health provider. What a mess they created and now I am out of pocket for something I had nothing to do with. I will never use them again!
Dr. Vu is hands down the most personable, knowledgeable, and passionate optometrists I've ever worked with. The counter staff made it an amazingly smooth and comfortable process. I had an amazing experience overall and would recommend this place to anyone!
