Verified this location on Pleasant Valley was covered by my insurance and made an appointment for this morning. Arrived and the lady at the front desk who seemed to be struggling to perform her duties took my insurance information and then told me they were not in network and I would have to self pay. As someone who genuinley struggles to make appiintments i Booked appointment online. Called the day before the appointment to confirm time and insurance. Both were confirmed. 11am today 11.6.25 Arrived 15 minutes early to ensure adequate time to fill out paper work. By 1130, 1030 appointments were still waiting in the lobby.
