1 Star — Deeply Disappointing Experience I strongly advise against going to MyEyeDr on Pleasant Valley Rd in Winchester. My visit was a frustrating and disappointing experience that didn’t feel like real healthcare at all. The MyEyeDr on Pleasant Valley Road is taking excellent care of my son's eye health. The optometrist explained everything to him since he is now adulting. One of their packages included an exam and a pair of glasses. Very reasonable priced. They are all very friendly and the manager runs a very efficient office. It was very easy to make an appointment and they are always willing to make any adjustments on his glasses.

Service there is fine but waiting months for your lenses is ridiculous. The first time I got a call to pick up the lenses they weren't cut for the frames. Still waiting for the lenses to come back. It's been almost 2 months.

I was in the office for over two hours. My insurance paid only for exam this year therefore I wanted the Rx to get glasses elsewhere. I still had to wait in a line with people ordering glasses to be checked out. The exam was conducted by two technicians then a virtual consultation with the doctor. As I sat waiting impatiently a man came in to pick up his glasses and the order was incorrect. I can promise I will never return.
