I’ve been going to this location since before it became part of the MyEyeDr. chain, and I’m extremely disappointed with how things are handled now. I went in for a routine appointment to renew my prescription, get new glasses, and order contacts. While the staff was friendly, the process felt more like buying a car than receiving necessary care—I felt like a customer, not a patient. David performed the preliminary eye exams for my daughters ages 9 and 14. He was personable, funny, informative, and professional. Dr. Morrison was informative and was excellent with my kids. Mr. Hernandez helped with frames and lenses- he was kind as usual! (The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the amount of money I had to spend.) Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!
