I spent over an hour waiting. I even came in early to fill out the paperwork. After sitting in the same place. They asked if I can be helped as if I just walked in the door. I told them to discard my paperwork and I’m walking out to find a new doctor. Terrible customer service.
Very much geared to women as 95% of their frames are for women.
Good place & nice people! The place has cool glasses too!
