My daughter’s mask kept falling because it was extremely large on her and the dr. told her to just stop talking. Another lady was unkind to her when I had to see the dr. in the next room. I am upset that I had to leave her at all. I will not be returning. It’s a shame because some of the staff members are really nice but covid has seemingly brought out the worst in people.
Because when you receive your glasses they tell you if you have any questions or problems with your glasses feel free to cone back and they will address the problem. When you come back it's like getting the 3rd degree as specialty if the have to be redone. God for bid you use your old frames. This has happen to me at least 2 or three times over the past 10 years. I mean they act like I made the glasses wrong. They say get use to it well when I put on a pair of glasses I should be able to see clearly and not adjust to it. Nev... read more
