My eye doctor experience with the Greencastle, Pa My Eye Doctor Team was had a very professionally with respect and really knowledgeable team members, especially Lisa Kelley and manager Joana. I must say, though that the entrance and exit onto route 11 from the office is a nightmare dread the experience of crossing that road. Keep up the good work I look forward to our next visit and purchase of eyewear!
Staff was super friendly Tina and Lisa helped me pick out my new glasses they were very helpful and full of information that helps me with my insurance

I was disappointed with my experience at My Eye Doctor. The exam felt very rushed, and when I tried to ask questions and better understand my options, I felt like I was quickly handed off to a front office employee who was unable to answer my questions and seemed more focused on selling glasses than addressing my concerns.
