I was disappointed with my experience at My Eye Doctor. The exam felt very rushed, and when I tried to ask questions and better understand my options, I felt like I was quickly handed off to a front office employee who was unable to answer my questions and seemed more focused on selling glasses than addressing my concerns. I walked in with a prescription and was greeted very nicely and helped super quickly. Didn’t feel awkward at all just walking in to get glasses.
The “Jiffy Lube” of eye care… I’ve not been to an eye doctor in 5+yr and compared to my previous experience with a privately owned office, this office did not seem thorough or what I consider quality service. The staff was pleasant to deal with. The lady who took me back and did the initial checks didn’t explain what she was testing for so I have no idea what all tests were performed. Also when I was taken in for the actual eye test Dr Glacken only performed 4 or 5 vision tests per eye which was far less than I remember from... read more
