So im posting this under my husband's account because I dont have one. The receptionist called and I will say something happened and I somehow got my daughters appointment wrong which is definitely my fault. So I asked if she could be seen at the same time my son's appointment was. She went and talked to the doctor and he unfortunately could not which is understandable. My husband and I visited MyEyeDr. in Greencastle for my third visit in about five years. The staff are very welcoming and super friendly; the doctor I've seen each time is excellent. I see Dr. Jared Glacken. Thank you all for the great experience. We are looking forward to receiving our new glasses in a couple of weeks. Thank you again for making the experience so nice.
I picked up my glasses today. I thought the color was off and but they felt good and I thought maybe it was because I was looking at them with my glasses which are gray tinted so I took them home 20 min drive. My son thought they were too purple and looked like old people ha ha so I called and asked why they were different than what was on the wall that had blue in it. I recently visited Greencastle MyEye Dr. and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the friendly atmosphere.
