I recently visited Greencastle MyEye Dr. and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of eye care services! Haley was extremely helpful!
Hate to complain, but have been irritated since I left. Although the actual Dr is nice, the front staff’s ignorance and rudeness really p’d me off. The woman asked what the issue was, as I go to describe “My child’s issue!” She cuts me off and says to my kid “You tell me. First off I speak for my child as her guardian MOM and caretaker. I let that go. Then she’s doing eye pressure exams not explaining any thing to Me, only to my child what it feels like on her hand. Me wondering if she’s certified to do test on my kid. New glasses were handed to me over the reception desk with no offer to check the fit. Decided to try them before leaving, so lopsided I couldn't see straight. After asking for them to be adjusted twice while still standing at the reception desk, I realized I'd be better off taking them to another location for a correct fitting.
MyeyeDr. In Greencastle is awesome!. They are all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They all work together to make sure you are confortable and have the right frames for you. From the Dr to the girls, I have no complaints at all.
