Thank you to the staff at the Shippensburg office for taking the time to get to the bottom of why my wife's Tom Ford glasses were blurry. They were very professional and found the frames were warped causing the lens to be blurry. Gateway office in Chambersburg has incompetent technician working in there telling people just take medicine for two weeks. She needs to be terminated. Thank Shippensburg Staff. You folks go above and beyond.
There's a reason they always have appointments available. I was told a price over the phone, and went in and was told a completely different price. Lady at the counter was the rudest customer service worker I've ever met. You get treated better in prison. Stay away at all cost.
