I will put more stars, since being told that they don't take Ameri health caritas Insurance Pennsylvania, But they have that they take all Insurances Plus that they don't cover eye exam or glasses and would have to pay out of pocket so I am Very Confused about all this

I love this place!!! They are so much fun, I was able to talk to the people and they are such full of energy!!! I was able to get TWO pairs of glasses for just 109!! Thank you Jesus for insurance!! Thank you so much for being here!! Have a blessed day!!!
The lady took my glasses that I just bought back to adjust my frames. She was taking a long time so I asked another employee if everything was alright he said he takes time to warm up the machine. Meanwhile she comes out and get the exact frames off the shelf and puts my lenses in them and brings them out to me to try on. I tell her this is not the same frames you took back to adjust and than I asked about seeing her taking frames off the display. I liked this location better when it was Allegheny Optical. I always have a "billing issue" with my insurance. Why is it so difficult. I cancelled my appointment and switched to Vision Works today. MyEyeDr wanted to charge me $25 for contact fitting and $44 for imaging and that's free/included at many other places. Cut my costs in half going elsewhere.
