I liked this location better when it was Allegheny Optical. I always have a "billing issue" with my insurance. Why is it so difficult. I cancelled my appointment and switched to Vision Works today. MyEyeDr wanted to charge me $25 for contact fitting and $44 for imaging and that's free/included at many other places. Cut my costs in half going elsewhere.
This place is awful every time I have ever been there. The greeting I got today was we tried reaching out several times to update your profile. And even though we arrived ten minutes early and no one else was there we weren't taken back until thirty minutes after our scheduled appointment. By the time they were done we refused to look at glasses there and waste anymore time. The glasses selection isn’t as wide as if you bought them online, but they are very nice every time I get an exam. They also found I had insurance that covered this when I assumed I didn’t, so that was kind of them.
