I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! I had an eye appointment that I scheduled on line. I received confirmation texts. I took time off work for my scheduled appointment. I arrived prior to my appointment and was told that because I did it on line the previous week someone else had already taken my time slot. Of course I had received the confirmation text the DAY BEFORE my appointment. No sympathy or apology from the woman working there. She acted like it was no big deal.
