I don't usually leave reviews whether bad or good, but I had a horrible experience with them. I had my appointment rescheduled three times while trying to correct my contacts that bothered my eyes so bad I couldn't wear them. I was nothing but accepting and accommodating to the changes. I spent way to much money on something I can't even wear. Now they are telling me it is not refundable or changeable. Ray at the front desk was nonaccomadating and rude. This location is great for the initial exam but when you glasses come in, you must call to get the fitting appointment and when you call, no one picks up the phone. I’ve tried numerous times to reach them and had to hang up after 10 minutes, 15 minutes and then 20 minutes. I then called the patient assistance number and got yet another person who took a message but offered no help. Completely ridiculous that I have to try this hard to get my glasses fitted that I spent $400 for. Will never, never use this office again. ... read more
