I didn’t really know what I was looking for or what I needed but I was welcomed, greeted and given great hospitality! I hadn’t quite set up an appointment but Annie at the front desk helped me relax and explained how everything works very well! She was very patient, thoughtful and even helped ease my anxiety. I’m not one who writes reviews but it really stood out to me throughout my day, so I wanted to write this one!

I recently had an unpleasant experience with the optometrist George Kuchenreuther. When seeking any kind of healthcare no matter how simple the service, you expect to receive quality, professional care. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. Dr. Kuchenreuther was not only late examining me but frequently interrupted me and seemed more focused on trying to appear relatable than on maintaining professionalism. Caution: I took a pair of glasses in for repair. They attempted to repair the hinge and broke the arm. The manager said there was nothing he could do and I had to bear the $500 for repair. Upon returning to the store, not only was he rude, but other employees are rude, it seems to be a culture in this store.
