Despite a disappointing experience at another MyEyeDr location with a limited selection, our visit to the New Falls of Neuse office, my usual location for eye exams and glasses, was excellent. Although the store was busy, Layla provided a warm welcome, and we browsed the frames until a representative was available. My mother, who doesn't have a MyEyeDr near her home, was visiting for the day and was pleased to learn about their shipping option, allowing us to continue looking at the selection. Natalie is an absolute rock star! She will help you pick the perfect pair of eyes glasses AND sunglasses. I never would have picked what she suggested...but I am in love with them both!!!!!
End to end, annual visit is always enjoyable. From check in to exam to frames, staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to engage with.
