I have been a patient of this office for 10 + years. Dr Peters and the staff are all fantastic. I worked with Michelle today and she assisted me with new glasses - she is the best of the best. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because they are now charging $3 for a very small bottle of eye glass cleaner. I just paid $478. 00 for new glasses and had to pay $3 for a bottle of eye glass cleaner that they probably paid 25 cents for. It is the principle, and it aggravates me as a long time loyal patient. Love this office! IF, If, if…….you don’t like a kind, joyful, hospitable, professional, and caring staff, then you may not like this practice. I drive 30 min out of my way to continue to be seen here. As a veteran, the VA asked me if I wanted to be assigned to another eye doctor office/practice, and it was out of the question. To the staff of MyEyeDr, Wakefield Commons Office located at 14460 New Falls of the Neuse Rd, keep up the outstanding job and keep spreading joy. The world needs more joy right now.
