Such a great business and great people. Excellent care and state of the art technology to get the best eyecare. Dr Bowling has been my eye doctor for 15 years and has given me great care and great customer service.

The office staff are rude and unprofessional! The doctor was wonderful, but my experience with her was overshadowed by the rudeness of her assistants. One in particular a woman that looked to be in her early 50's, trying unsuccessfully to dress like a 20 yr old, needs to find a job far away from dealing with the public. She openly insulted my insurance, and couldn't have been more impolite if she tried. I will never return to the Naugatuck Opticare.
