The doctor clearly made the suggestion of putting transitional on my glasses and the guy read it back as it will be on there I get the glasses and they don’t have the transitional on them so I called them and they didn’t apologize or nothing the guy just kept saying we can reorder them and you pay 75.00 extra but why would I pay extra for their mistake and him being rude on the phone hanging up on me.
