The entire staff is super friendly and personable! Brittany was my tech and she broke down everything that was happening and really helped me understand what was going on during my checkup. I'm not always fond of virtual appointments but Brittany being there to explain everything helped tremendously!

Love going to the Madison office, everyone there is so friendly. I was greeted by Taylor at the front desk with a smile and she got me checked in, as I sat down Brittany was walking from the back and asked me how I was doing . Alyssa took be back and did my work up before Dr Johnson, both of them did an amazing job. Jennie took great care of me as we ordered my yearly supply of contacts and new lenses for my old frames which were only about a year old.
