Jennie& Lamar took very good care of me today! They were very nice and made my experience enjoyable, even though I have high anxiety at any doctors appointments. 10/10 recommend
This was my first visit to MyEyeDr., and honestly, it’ll probably be my last. Walking in, the atmosphere felt pretty flat—nothing warm or welcoming. The receptionist didn’t seem very happy to be there, and the technician who did my pre-exam was slow, robotic, and not particularly friendly. The saving grace was the doctors I interacted with on the screen—they were upbeat, engaging, and seemed to really care. That part was a nice surprise. Moved out of town 5 hours away, but I still come to MyEyeDr in Madison, NC. Came in today was just like the rest of my visit professionally and on time. Shout out to Jessi, Jennie, and Lamar for their upmost professionalism. You gals/guys rock! 🤙🏽
