I would like to update my experience with MyEyeDr. I posted a negative review a couple of weeks ago on my experience concerning my eyeglasses that I had purchased. I couple of people from the company reached out to me trying to rectify my issue. I am happy to say the General Manager Brittany Flaherty completely resolved my issue. Yes, I am a happy customer and I want to thank Brittany 😊

I purchased my glasses in 2024 they have been a problem for me since day I picked them up. I love my doctor his great but some where sitting down for my new prescription that’s when failure happens. Yes, I have been back so many times that I have lost count and now the right lens keep popping off.
Brittany (manager) was utterly rude and unprofessional. We are filing a complaint with the corporate office. If we were at the Waffle House we’d expect better customer communication and care. She is a problem. We did leave a message for the drs to call us back through front desk Skylar and Leslie but haven’t got a call back. Who can help!? The doctors and front desk are great but mgmt stinks.
