Prior to making the appointment I called the Wilmington in Monkey Junction location to verify that they accepted Tricare Prime and to ensure that we were covered with the insurance we have and asked if they had any exceptions we needed to be aware of. At the appointment my husband was diagnosed with cataracts and we were told that they could not accept Tricare Prime as it was now a medical condition. Zero follow up once you pay and order glasses. Was told it would be 10 days to get new glasses...it’s been 22 days...no phone call....nothing.....Once I called and placed on hold for 10 minutes.... they now say it will be another 2 weeks.....There are way too many places to get glasses to put up with this place. NEVER AGAIN
