After having concerns on the initial lenses, this office went above and beyond to make it right. No business can be expected to bat 1000 on every service so it’s all about how they handle it went things don’t go as planned. This office hit it out of the park in making it right. Kudos to the entire team for their professionalism and focus on the customers needs. This will be my go to office for eye wear from here out, guaranteed!
this eye dr is very unprofessional when it comes to new patients. the white lady at the desk with dreads yes i said white because soon as i said dreads some people would of thought it was a african american right off hand!! she’s very rude and cancelled my appointment at the check out desk and made a new one because she didn’t feel like dealing with the insurance problem that kept popping up which was WRONG on their end! she was so rude and just kept saying “i can’t do nothing for you” and was just being so ignorant this mor... read more
