I liked the doctor. He was awesome but the other staff were quite rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever and weren’t very personable. Also, they NEVER answer the telephone when you call. I called nine times on two days and they never picked up! They just want you to go online. I guess they can’t be bothered by us. UPDATE! I had my newest exam on 4.8.2025 and things have changed considerably! It’s a lot of virtual assistants and doctors. My technician Ashley was SOOOOO sweet & super welcoming especially since I’m had my little ones with me. Both of the Dr’s that did my video exams were super friendly & professional as well. 10/10
I came in last minute for my appointment and was treated with upmost respect, and every question was answered with clarity suggest coming to my eye doctor in Thomasville, North Carolina
All the staff was wonderful. My experience was great from being greeted when I walked in and I absolutely love the lady that assisted me and Greg was definitely the best with helping me with everything.
Pleasant experience and had a quick and easy exam there for my new prescription!
