Taylor was phenomenal very kind and helpful
My experience here was excellent. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know, and my glasses were ready right on time.
We are primary caretakers for my mom who has a little bit of a cognitive decline. Outings and appointments have to be carefully scheduled around time of day/meds/etc. We scheduled her appointment here THREE WEEKS prior and made all the arrangments necessary to ensure we would be there. We answered all calls from Taylor, provided insurance information (though it was a frustrating use of time due to all the distractions she was having, but we made it through) and confirmed everything was set. I will never come back to this location again. I’ve been coming to MyEyeDr for years until my recent interaction with them. I had an appointment in December when the Dr that saw me failed to let me know that my contact lens prescription was expired and will not be eligible to be refilled. This would not have been much of an issue except that their manager who I spoke with was extremely short and constantly spoke over me when I was trying to speak.
