I will never come back to this location again. I’ve been coming to MyEyeDr for years until my recent interaction with them. I had an appointment in December when the Dr that saw me failed to let me know that my contact lens prescription was expired and will not be eligible to be refilled. This would not have been much of an issue except that their manager who I spoke with was extremely short and constantly spoke over me when I was trying to speak. Wonderful experience. I was promptly greeted and helped out in a serious time of need when I did not even have an appointment. Office is clean and friendly and these professionals work well as a team. Stay awesome. I will be back even if I have to to travel a bit farther to cone to tour store.

Great location , my first time visiting since I’ve moved to the Bowie area ! Very great customer service . Iris was very polite and helpful when choosing out which glasses to pick from . Will be my go to eye dr .
