This place canceled my appt because when they called they couldn’t get ahold of me to confirm so they decided to cancel the appt so when I showed up I had no longer a appt which I understand however my son is a nicu baby so he had 1000 follow ups so when I schedule stuff for myself it’s when I can go so it being canceled and making me choose a different day and time it’s ridiculous this place needs to do better
If you have an appointment just know you will be waiting at least an hour past your time. This is my second appointment here and I've waited each time over an hour past my appointment time. I even asked when I came in if they where running on time today an was told yes. How are you on-time when it's been an hour and 10 minutes and still haven't seen the eye doctor?
I came in the other day and arrived before my scheduled appointment time, but still had to wait about 45 minutes to be seen, which was frustrating. While the staff was friendly and polite, it didn’t seem like there was clear organization or confidence in what they were doing. I waited longer to pay my $39 bill than the exam took. TERRIBLE check out procedure!!
The eye exam was terrible on many levels they was rough disrespectful it’s very scary I spoke to the supervisor and she did nothing about it I would never go back there again and never will recommend them
