Today I visited the office and saw a Dr. Kristina Schwab . She was very rude and insulting. She kept yelling at me and implied I was stupid . Not sure if she was having a bad day but she has no customer service skills . I expressed my feelings in the matter and she said I am sorry you feel that way . She did not even apologize for being disrespectful. I don’t recommend going here at all . Spend your money elsewhere and skip the disrespect.
After ordering a very expensive set of two pair of prescription glasses, I have still not received my glasses. It has been over a month and a half. Who runs a business like this? Our calls go unanswered. What if my life depended on having these glasses for work and of course being able to see.
Pay a little extra money and go else where! Staff is just ready to go home and get you in and out!
The staff are very friendly, but lack in follow through. I got my new glasses and the transition coating was not added. I called and was told to bring glasses in and new lenses would be ordered with brown transition coating, no charge since my insurance covered this. Fast forward a month and a half, no call, no lenses. I called the office on Thursday November 7. Highly reccomend going anywhere else but here.
I love myeyedr for many reasons. Although I usually prefer the Adams Farm location, this location is also great mostly in part to Chris. Chris is has thee best personality for and he is super helpful beyond what is expect. Love, love, love how he handled the process with my 9 year old Kimberly! Thank you!!
